Please note that by making the booking you are agreeing that you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
What you need to do:
- Decide on which painting option you’d like. See Options & Pricing
- Send your photos (include any important details such as which is the most accurate for colour). By email is preferred, but post is acceptable. I’ll then let you know if they’re suitable enough as reference. See Your Photos.
- Send deposit (when this has cleared your order is secured – this is non-returnable) You can pay by credit card or cheque payable to ‘S. Bretel’. Please don’t send cash through the post. See Order Form. (Please note that none of your personal information will be disclosed to anyone else).
Let me know if you’d prefer a collar or halter on or off, otherwise I’ll make the decision as to what will look the best. It would also be helpful to know if this is a surprise you wish to keep secret from someone – important if I need to call you.
When your portrait is complete:
You will receive a scanned image by email or post. (paintings have never been rejected, but in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, no further payment will be taken. I would be happy to make small minor changes if you think this would help, but a large amount of alteration would have to be charged for). When you have given your approval, you will be sent a balance invoice. When this payment has cleared, your painting is ready for sending or collection.
